Brazilia JDBC Team Case Study
His goal is to utilize the most effective technology to view and modify the various databases from the hospitals and doctors in the pilot test program,
namely those from the state of Goias, Mato Grosso, and Mato Grosso do Sul. He plans to accomplish this by utilizing the national Healthcare Administration Intranet.

Because it is a pilot program, only a select number of doctors in those hospitals have been identified, as indicated in Table 2.
These doctors have staff and technology to assemble patient records into a database that can be accessed by Dr. Jonathan Michael's researchers.
